Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Refund request can by mailed within 3 days of contribution. Please note that if our payment processor has already deducted the transaction fees, it will be deducted from the refund you receive.

E.g.: - Mr. A donated 100 Rs and requested for a refund within three working days. Payment gateway charges will be deducted at 3% +GST and the remaining amount will be deposited back to your account.

If Ertin has given the money to the campaigner, Ertin shall be discharged of any/all liabilities and no refunds shall be processed thereafter. In such a situation donor needs to contact the campaigner for refund of his money.

Refunds will be initiated by the payment gateway and will be deposited in your bank account or card. Refund will be made in the same account.
